  • • Device information: Device type, OS version, unique identifiers, mobile network information
  • • Usage data: Features used, session duration, navigation patterns, and coarse interaction data (typically not the full text of your private notes unless required for a specific feature)
  • • Log data: IP address, browser type, access times, pages or screens viewed, app or web errors
  • • Location data: Approximate location from IP addresses (we do not collect precise geolocation)

  • • Authentication providers (Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In)

2. How we use your information

  • • Service provision: Account management, authentication, syncing and storing your notebooks and workspace content, and operating optional AI-assisted or voice features where you use them

  • • Processing: May be transmitted to AI or cloud providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google) to generate a response, transcription, or similar output
  • • Storage: Handled according to the feature: outputs may appear in your workspace; provider-side retention is governed by their terms and our configuration
  • • Retention: We may retain related logs or content only as needed for the Service, security, or law; some inputs may be deleted or anonymized after a limited period unless a longer period is required

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with:
